Terms of Service

  1. The advertisements will be displayed in Target PG Group of sites for the stipulated period only
  2. Display
    1. The sites include www.targepg.com and www.mcqsonline.com and www.nellaimedicos.com and www.edoctor.mcqsonline.com and other related sites
    2. The ads will be displayed in “First Come First Serve Basis” Please note that (even if you are prepared to pay more) we will not be able to host your ad if another site is already hosted in that position in keeping with the ethics. However, we are pleased to host your ad after the previous agreement period is over.
    3. The number of pages indicated is the approximate number of pages as on 1st Dec 2006. It will be constantly increasing and never decrease
  3. Duration of Service
    1. Display will start functioning after 5 working days following realization of payment
    2. The advertisements will be displayed in Target PG Group of sites for the stipulated period only
  4. Design and Installation of the Ads
    1. There are no designing charges for the text ads
    2. There are no designing charges for the image ads that are delivered pre-designed by the customers
    3. For Image ads, required to be designed by the “Internet Solutions Division” of TargetPG, the designer charge (one time payment) will be made. If there are major alterations, alteration charges will be levied for every alteration. However minor changes (like Change of Telephone number etc) , as a measure of good will , shall be made free of charge
    4. Designing charges shall be waved when the agreement is made for one year
  5. Design and Hosting of Web Pages
    1. The ad can be made to point to a web site of customers choice or point to a custom made page within our portal
    2. There are no extra designing or installation charges for the ads that point to a third party site
    3. There are no designing charges for the ads that are delivered pre-designed by the customers
    4. Designing charges shall be waved when the agreement is made for one year
    5. Designing charges will be levied when the number of web pages to be designed by the “Internet Solutions Division” of TargetPG exceeds the free limit.
  6. Hosting of Web Pages
    1. Hosting charges will be levied when the number of web pages to be hosted by our portals exceeds the free limit.
    2. The size of the page includes the main page and other files that are “called” from the main page (eg images, style sheets)
  7. Payment
    1. All payments have to be paid in advance
    2. For customers booking in advance for more than 1 month, there will be concession of 15 % of the total charges
    3. We have got a vide array of payment modes (please see How to Pay )   which will be intimated to you on contact.
    4. For Non Indian Cheques,

                                                               i.      The rate of the foreign exchange values at the date of payment will be considered

                                                             ii.      Add Rs 450 (or $ 10) as clearing charges

                                                            iii.      Allow at least 21 working days for realization of payment

  1. In case of cancellation of the agreement the balance will be refunded after deducting the amount utilized and working charges
  2. TargetPG reserves the right to amend the tariff rate and the terms of service
